Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all rentals operated by Aldy Express Rentals in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and agreed to these conditions in full.

  • A rental day consists of each consecutive 24-hour period beginning at the confirmed start time of the rental.
  • The renter must present a valid, unexpired, original Massachusetts or out-of-state driver's license at pickup. Digital licenses, photocopies, and Learner's Permits are not accepted.
  • The minimum rental age is 21 years. Renters under 25 years of age are subject to a $27/day young driver surcharge.
  • The vehicle may only be operated by the renter and any authorized additional drivers listed on the rental agreement at the time of pickup.
  • The renter is responsible for complying with all Massachusetts traffic laws (M.G.L. c. 90) and applicable federal regulations throughout the rental period.
  • Aldy Express Rentals reserves the right to decline a rental if the renter's license is suspended, revoked, or otherwise invalid under Massachusetts law.
  • Vehicles may not be used for hire, rideshare, commercial transport, or any illegal purpose. Such use voids all protection coverage and may result in immediate termination of the rental.

Any disputes arising from a rental agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
